Willamette Farm & Food Coalition (WFFC) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us when using the Fill Your Pantry online marketplace.

When you create an account, place an order, make a donation, or otherwise use the Fill Your Pantry online marketplace, we may collect information you provide, including:

  • Mailing or billing address

  • Email address

  • Telephone number

  • Account and order information

  • Purchase and transaction history

  • Information you choose to provide when contacting us

Payment information may also be collected and processed through Local Food Marketplace and its payment-processing services. Payment information is handled through those systems according to their applicable security and privacy practices.

How We Use Your Information

WFFC may use your information to:

  • Create and manage your customer account

  • Process and fulfill Fill Your Pantry orders

  • Communicate with you about your orders, payments, pickup, delivery, or changes affecting the event

  • Provide customer service and respond to questions

  • Operate and improve Fill Your Pantry and related WFFC programs

We do not sell your personal information.

Email Communications

Some emails are necessary to operate your account or fulfill your order, including order confirmations, payment information, pickup instructions, and important changes affecting your purchase.

We may also send newsletters, event announcements, fundraising communications, and other updates from Willamette Farm & Food Coalition. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those communications. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent us from sending necessary transactional or order-related messages.
