Rock 'N Wool Ranch

Rock 'N Wool Ranch is a small family-run business. We raise grass-fed cattle, goats, and Navajo-Churro sheep as well as poultry on our pastures year round. We produce food for our local community in Oregon's Willamette Valley. We are located on the ancestral lands of the Kalapuya in the South Santiam River Valley. We seek to restore native plants and foodways. We are working to heal our selves, our soils, pastures and our community through rotational grazing and permaculture.

Our ranching practices use no imported fertilizers, pesticides or herbicides. Our animals are born and raised on pasture. Our cows and sheep are exclusively grass-fed and finished. We grow our own hay and rotationally graze our animals on our pastures year round. We strive to raise all our animal feed, when we supplement our poultry we use non-GMO, non-Corn, non-Soy feed. We practice permaculture, along with organic and biodynamic agriculture. We are not certified, but have been building our practices for over 15 years.
