FishDog Farm

FishDog Farm is a regenerative, pasture-based livestock operation in Walton, Oregon. We raise multispecies livestock: pasture-raised poultry, grass-fed and finished lamb and beef, pigs in silvopasture, and outdoor-grown shiitake mushrooms using soil-first, ecologically sound practices that improve biodiversity and strengthen the local food system. Our mission is to model a financially resilient path for small-scale regenerative agriculture, nourish our community, and protect our local ecosystem.
